利用CRISPR基因编辑技术，将IRES-CreERT2敲入到小鼠Sftpc基因3'UTR中，他莫昔芬诱导型Cre重组酶CreERT2受内源Sftpc基因启动子驱动。诱导后，在II型肺泡细胞中表达Cre活性。
