经Tamoxifen诱导后， Acta2CreERT2/+; Rosa26tdTomato/+ 双转基因鼠，可在小鼠胰腺部位的血管平滑肌细胞中检测到tdTomato的表达。未经Tamoxifen处理时，可见tdTomato漏表达。
