The tissues of double-positive mice were cryosectioned and directly examined, revealing expression in the following organs: dorsal root ganglion. A few cells expressed in large intestine, small intestine, thymus, adrenal gland, testicular interstitium. The tissues that show no obvious positive signals include: brain, spinal cord, retina, heart, lungs, liver, stomach, salivary glands, brown fat, pituitary gland, kidney, spleen, pancreas, skin.
