Ⅰ.In vitro Expression of Panc02-OVA-Luc cell line

The protein expression of OVA in the wild-type Panc02 and Panc02-OVA-Luc cells were measured by Western Blot.

Ⅱ.Characterization of in vivo growth kinetics

To verify whether there is the difference in tumor formation between the Panc02 -OVA-Luc cell line and the wild-type Panc02 cell line, both cells were subcutaneously inoculated into C57BL/6 mice.
