The tissues expressing tdTomato and zsGreen include: spleen.

The tissues expressing tdTomato include: brain, spinal cord, eyes, heart, lungs, liver, stomach, salivary glands, brown adipose tissue, adrenal glands, kidneys, large intestine, small intestine, spleen, pancreas, reproductive organs, muscles, skin, thymus, and pituitary gland.

In the control group, tdTomato shows very minimal leaky expression in: muscles and adrenal glands.

The tissues expressing zsGreen include: spleen.
