品系描述

BALB/c 背景，携带Foxn1nu突变，胸腺发育不良，将引发T细胞缺失；同时对胸腺依赖性抗原的反应存在一定局限性，会引发B细胞功能受损；而NK细胞、巨噬细胞、抗原递呈细胞较为正常，补体活性正常；毛发发育不良导致毛发异常生长，大部分毛发不能突出表面，形成裸鼠表型。
